"A Game Changing Innovation" Precision Peep Sight Review by Full Drawn Addiction

The invention of this product (Precision Peep) is as important as the invention of the peep itself.
— Branden Barfield, Full Drawn Addiction

Branden Barfield of Full Drawn Addiction has an extensive history of bowhunting and archery and has reviewed many archery products over the last few years. Tired of inauthentic reviews, he started Full Drawn Addiction. He recently took some time to review Precision Peep sights. And believe me, he put us to the test. You can read highlights of the review below.

A Game Changing Innovation

Branden begins the review by stating,

"The Precision Peep is a game changer. Its Precision Post greatly increases your shot accuracy almost instantly. The post corrects common alignment mistakes while simultaneously allowing for much quicker target acquisition. We noticed large gains in accuracy across varied ranges from 20 to 60 yards."

How The Precision Peep Works

It’s an experience that’s hard to describe and impossible to photograph, but works fluid and brilliantly.

— Branden Barfield, Full Drawn Addiction

Branden describes using the Precision Peep sight and what the post looks like when it is close to your eye. He writes,

"Focusing on your target causes the post to blur out into a ghost image, allowing you to have 100% field of view. The post, though blurred is still there for a reference point. It's an experience that's hard to describe and impossible to photograph, but works fluid and brilliantly."

Low Light Shooting

Full Drawn Addiction shot until dark and found no real issues with this Peep or being able to see you’re target.
— Branden Barfield, Full Drawn Addiction

Branden mentioned that several people had concerns about low light shooting, "so we did extensive testing", he said.

"Full Drawn Addiction shot until dark and found no real issues with this Peep or being able to see your target. Like anything else the darker it gets the harder it is to see the post, but we could still reference it past ethical hunting light"

Installation

"The Precision Post has to be in line with your D loop and pins", Branden writes. He goes on to say,

"Sighting this Peep in is more like sighting in a rifle and takes some adjusting. Once set, the Precision Peep doesn't slip or move around. This Peep is very reliable."

Peep Colors

Branden does advise readers to pick a color that clashes with a shooter's pin color, stating that "red on red can make alignment difficult, clashing colors make the process faster and more consistent."
